Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, The Stoned Frog will accept returns. Returns must be initiated in the first 7 days, be in perfect condition (i.e. new and unused), packaged properly to arrive at our location safely, and have original packaging. In order to receive store credit, the customer must contact us for return approval. 

Please do not mail anything back as you must get a return authorization approval from us. If you mail something without approval, it will be discarded and no credit will be issued. To return the product, the customer must provide their own method of shipment at their expense and notify The Stoned Frog with a tracking number.

If an item is returned to us used or damaged, we will not accept your return and will need to dispose of your product. 

We will not issue refund your card for products returned to us. Instead, we will issue a credit on your account for future purchases. 

↳Incorrect Orders & Damages: In the rare event your item gets damaged or a wrong item is delivered, please email TSFComms@gmail.com. You must save your product packaging in order to resolve this order and provide images and videos. Please do not mail anything back as you must get a return authorization approval from us. If you mail something without approval, it will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
